We hired their movers after doing extensive research on the internet, and it was the finest decision we made. Joseph and his crew arrived promptly and wasted no time getting to work. They were meticulous with our valuables and made sure to thoroughly pad each piece. Packing took only few hours, and everything was delivered on the same day as well. Nothing was lost or broken. I used Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC to move my art studio. They packed 7 canvases, a pottery wheel, and boxes of supplies. Everything arrived intact. I’ll call them again when I expand my space.

It was a relief that all went so smoothly.
The team from FL was very friendly and personable, which helped ease some of our moving day stress. Rich and Kris were also very respectful of our home, taking care not to damage walls or floors while moving our furniture. They were very careful and attentive to detail. We appreciated their professionalism and manners.

Above and Beyond
My move last week went well. The crew and RICH arrived on time. They were kind and professional from the beginning. They immediately inspected my house to identify what needed to be moved, including my cookware, TV stand, and china cabinet. They carefully wrapped my grandmother's antique china cabinet in shrink wrap and cushioned blankets, which amazed me.

We reached out to three different companies, but Jack was most taken with the one whose representative was the most candid. They showed there on schedule, worked efficiently, and left no mess for my grandma to clean up.

Well organized!
For an early boat trip, I had to move paddles, coolers, and camping bundles from a shed near the waterline to the dock. The movers handled the long paddles with careful side-to-side steps and carried the coolers straight to the dock edge. Once everything was set down, loading the boat became a simple task.

Unethical Broker Who Failed to Act on My Behalf
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.
