Excellent from start to finish!!!!!
When we had to relocate from AZ to TX within a short notice, we were lucky to find Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. Kris gave us a very reasonable quote that fit our budget and did not pressure us to make a decision. Joe was also very flexible and understanding when we had to cancel our move at the last minute due to an emergency. They were very responsive and accommodating, and they did not charge us any cancellation fees. They were the most reliable and trustworthy movers we have ever dealt with.

Broken agreements.
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

Buyer Beware – My Belongings Were Taken and Communication Completely Stopped
I am beyond disappointed in my experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions. What began as a professional, reassuring conversation quickly turned into a complete communication nightmare. I was told I would receive 30 days of courtesy storage and that once I provided my new address, my belongings would be delivered immediately. I provided my new address before the move even took place. My items were picked up on November 17, 2025, with clear instructions for delivery as soon as possible. Despite this, I am now in a completely empty apartment thousands of miles across the country, with no furniture, no clothes, and no shoes — and it is the day before Thanksgiving. I start a new job soon and have absolutely nothing to wear to work. I have now made more than ten attempts via phone and email and have received zero response. Being ignored at this level is not just unprofessional — it is unacceptable. To be clear: • They have my belongings • They have my address • They have my contact information • They are choosing not to respond I am in a brand-new place, far from anything familiar, and this has created an extremely stressful and destabilizing situation. If you are considering using this company: please think twice. Communication is nonexistent once they have your items. I am currently left with no answers, no timeline, and no basic necessities. I will update this review when and if my belongings are returned.

They moved our things with care.
This was my 2nd relocation with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC and it went off without a hitch! The crew was thorough in handling each task and asked me frequently if I was comfortable with how they were managing things. I appreciated how they kept me involved throughout. Thankfully, everything went swiftly and I received my valuables in great shape!

Pressured into signing contract, tried to cancel and get my initial down payment back now nobody has picked up the phone. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews on this site!

Great Customers Services!
I handled a long-distance move from my hometown to a new city for work. I wasn't able to travel with the movers, so I had to trust that everything would make it in one piece. When I got to the new place, everything was labeled, wrapped, and intact. It felt like they took the job seriously, even without me being there during the drive.

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! Bait and Switch. Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Note that this is not a moving company, it is a broker. Meaning they find an actual moving company for you at a fee. You're better off finding a direct shipper, ask for their DOT number. Firstly, they intentionally give a low quote so you can sign up with them, then a higher charge later appears. Literally bait and switch. I sent multiple detailed pics, and accurate written descriptions of my items. Chris at Nationwide Moving Solutions down-quoted me. When the actual shipper arrived (Jackson Movers), they refused to ship my items because I was down-quoted. Of course I had paid Nationwide the non-refundable fee by this point, so they weren't bothered much. I had to take out about 60% of my stuff to avoid paying almost double the cost.

Reliable and trustworthy!!
I’ve moved five times in the past decade, and Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC is by far the best moving service I’ve ever used. From the moment James and his crew walked in, they exuded professionalism. They took one quick look at my furniture and immediately started wrapping, securing, and labeling everything. I have a piano that I inherited from my grandmother, and they handled it like it was a priceless artifact. They used a rolling dolly, padding, and straps to transport it safely without a single ding. My mattress was sealed in a thick plastic cover before being loaded onto the truck. They helped me put felt pads on the legs of my furniture before setting it on my new hardwood floors. No damage, no stress, just a smooth, flawless experience.
