Bloody basters

Needed to cancel my move. Did so under the 72 hr agreement. Brody and Paula both stated I would get a full deposit refunded and have not received anything yet. If you are a real person reading this, I’m also a real person writing this. Just save yourself the distress and go with another company. Unethical and unprofessional. Lack of accountability and integrity. I found out later they’ve dealt with lawsuits and currently dealing with fraudulent suits as well. Do the right due diligence before working with any moving company. Hope my 2 cents helps, can save you a ton

A Dream Team.

Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC made my transition from TX to NY. When I contacted them on their website, David immediately responded. The movers responded to my inquiry within an hour and arrived on time to start the packing process. My mom was worried about the moving process, yet they handled it extra care. Great Customers Services!

I handled a long-distance move from my hometown to a new city for work. I wasn't able to travel with the movers, so I had to trust that everything would make it in one piece. When I got to the new place, everything was labeled, wrapped, and intact. It felt like they took the job seriously, even without me being there during the drive.

Terrible communication on important matters

What a nightmare the absolute worst, the people they sell your move to will have your head spinning as they hold your items hostage, they kept up charging and up charging my disabled uncle. The contract drivers they hired broke so much stuff and told us it’s not their fault. They were a day late arrived when storage was closed and charged us, then charged over 35 ft walking distance, biggest scum in the world.

Consummate professionals

Having moved multiple times, I can safely say Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC ranks at the top. Their operators showed such great teamwork—no one was standing around while the others worked. They communicated clearly, so there was no confusion about which box went where. They also managed to fit my large sectional sofa through a narrow hallway with zero damage. I was impressed by their can-do attitude. Also, their quote was competitive, and I’m glad I chose them because they were absolutely reliable.

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.

The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! Great Customers Services!

Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did an awesome job for my move. The team was amazing, handling all my belongings with skill and care, including my precious mirror and my grandfather’s rocking chair. They also went the extra mile and helped me set up some of my furniture in my new place. They were fast, efficient, and reliable!!!
