I moved into a loft downtown. The elevator was broken, which meant six flights of stairs. The movers carried my couch, dresser, and 15 boxes without complaint. Their energy was unreal, and I’m thankful.
Our office move involved a lot of delicate equipment, including computers, printers, and monitors. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC took the time to wrap each piece in anti-static bubble wrap and used crates for the larger items. They labeled all the cables and accessories, ensuring nothing was lost during the move. When we arrived at the new office, they set everything up exactly as it had been, making our transition seamless. Their care with our equipment was outstanding, and we were back to work without any downtime.
Absolutely a disaster! We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.
The entourage from Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled my two-bedroom house move, and they were absolute champs. There were so many boxes, appliances, and random bits and bobs to deal with, but they approached it with a systematic plan. They used blankets and shrink wrap on bigger pieces, and nothing got scratched or dented. Communication was consistent throughout the day. They’d say, “We’re taking this next; where would you like it placed?” which I really appreciated. It kept me from feeling overwhelmed. All in all, it was a delightful experience.
In addition to their efficiency, the movers were a pleasure to deal with. Fun was had by all, and we were amazed by how smoothly the move was handled.
I scheduled help for unloading a container that arrived from out of state. The crew showed up on time and worked together to carry everything into the house. They placed my boxes in the rooms I pointed out, which saved me a lot of lifting. Even my sofa and bed frame were handled carefully.
Jao and his crew worked quickly, carefully, and efficiently, and they were very careful with our belongings. They expertly completed our last-minute transfer from TX to FL, taking on our workload. I would use their services again.
Company movers have been a great help in covering my TX to NY-shifting. They have gone far and beyond for the service, and it was impressive to see them concerned and concentrated on the packing and delivery.
The experts' mastery with cardboard boxes is something I can personally attest to. Even the most delicate items, like my wine glasses, made it to my new home unharmed because of how carefully they packed my entire kitchen.
I had to move some gym equipment, including a treadmill and weights. David guided his team, used straps for lifting, and placed everything in the new basement without scratches on the walls. They really knew what they were doing.
