The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. I wanted my belongings at my new house by a certain date, so I planned a move with a delivery window. There was no explanation for the 3-day delay in the movers' arrival. My entire moving schedule was thrown off when my furniture and necessities arrived much later than anticipated. It was annoying that they didnt respond to me on time.
The elevator in my new apartment broke down right when we arrived, but Brett and his partner didn't skip a beat. They carried my sofa and dresser up three flights of stairs without any issues. I was so worried about how it would go, but they stayed positive the whole time.
They were fantastic. Got the job done quickly and safely, no issues at all. Nothing got broken or lost, and they followed our instructions perfectly. Moved our sofa, TV, fridge, and microwave like pros. Super friendly and cooperative. We'll definitely hire them again for our next move.
