Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

Everything went smoothly
The entourage from Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled my two-bedroom house move, and they were absolute champs. There were so many boxes, appliances, and random bits and bobs to deal with, but they approached it with a systematic plan. They used blankets and shrink wrap on bigger pieces, and nothing got scratched or dented. Communication was consistent throughout the day. They’d say, “We’re taking this next; where would you like it placed?” which I really appreciated. It kept me from feeling overwhelmed. All in all, it was a delightful experience.

I would absolutely use them again!
We needed stuff taken from our house to our apartment, and then some items dropped off at my sister's place nearby. This multi-stop move could have been confusing. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC mapped out the route perfectly beforehand. The team executed both drops flawlessly. They were quick at each location and didn't waste any time. Made a complicated day simple.

Stellar job
The best there is out there! It was my first time hiring their movers and to be honest, I had little to no expectations because of my experiences with others. But they took me by surprise. They were respectful, courteous and prioritized my requirements which truly made me feel valued as a customer. And fortunately, the move went by flawlessly too. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Fast, Careful Long Distance
I couldn't have asked for a better packing squad for my move! They wrapped all of my sensitive items with extra care and even gave me some free packing paper. They actually bundle everything carefully!

Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

Consummate professionals
The elevator in my new apartment broke down right when we arrived, but Brett and his partner didn't skip a beat. They carried my sofa and dresser up three flights of stairs without any issues. I was so worried about how it would go, but they stayed positive the whole time.

Absolutely reliable!!
I needed to relocate my small business setup, including display cabinets, tables, and product boxes. I was impressed by how organized the crew was. They planned, loaded everything in order, and even helped reassemble one of the larger shelves. It was faster than I expected, and nothing got broken. That kind of professionalism goes a long way. Spectacular move!!

Buyer Beware – My Belongings Were Taken and Communication Completely Stopped
I am beyond disappointed in my experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions. What began as a professional, reassuring conversation quickly turned into a complete communication nightmare. I was told I would receive 30 days of courtesy storage and that once I provided my new address, my belongings would be delivered immediately. I provided my new address before the move even took place. My items were picked up on November 17, 2025, with clear instructions for delivery as soon as possible. Despite this, I am now in a completely empty apartment thousands of miles across the country, with no furniture, no clothes, and no shoes — and it is the day before Thanksgiving. I start a new job soon and have absolutely nothing to wear to work. I have now made more than ten attempts via phone and email and have received zero response. Being ignored at this level is not just unprofessional — it is unacceptable. To be clear: • They have my belongings • They have my address • They have my contact information • They are choosing not to respond I am in a brand-new place, far from anything familiar, and this has created an extremely stressful and destabilizing situation. If you are considering using this company: please think twice. Communication is nonexistent once they have your items. I am currently left with no answers, no timeline, and no basic necessities. I will update this review when and if my belongings are returned.

Captivating Experience
The moving process was smooth and hassle-free. The team wrapped all my furniture and delicate items. They were very careful with my 20 boxes and ensured nothing was misplaced. They also helped me arrange my new place.
