We hired their movers after doing extensive research on the internet, and it was the finest decision we made. Joseph and his crew arrived promptly and wasted no time getting to work. They were meticulous with our valuables and made sure to thoroughly pad each piece. Packing took only few hours, and everything was delivered on the same day as well. Nothing was lost or broken. Quick and Effortless!
I had to move into another place across town, so I booked this company for help. The crew showed up, got straight to work, and kept things moving without delays. They didn’t stand around or create confusion during the day. It felt like they had done many moves like this before because the whole move stayed under control. The whole shift went smoothly, and the company handled the move in a simple and reliable way.

They were very responsive
We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.

Excellent from start to finish!!!!!
When we had to relocate from AZ to TX within a short notice, we were lucky to find Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. Kris gave us a very reasonable quote that fit our budget and did not pressure us to make a decision. Joe was also very flexible and understanding when we had to cancel our move at the last minute due to an emergency. They were very responsive and accommodating, and they did not charge us any cancellation fees. They were the most reliable and trustworthy movers we have ever dealt with.

Broken agreements.
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

My small business relocation was a bit complex, but the movers handled everything, from filing cabinets to electronics, with the utmost care. They also happily helped me set up the workspace after delivery. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Unethical Broker Who Failed to Act on My Behalf
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.

I asked David to help me relocate my home office. They unplugged computers, packed the monitors carefully, and loaded the desk and chair. Everything was reassembled at the new spot, wires neat and working right away.

The movers not only helped me sort through everything, but they also offered great advice on what to pack, donate, and store. With lightning speed and painstaking attention to detail, they labelled every single package. Upon arrival at my new home, they arranged everything so that it would make the most of the area.
