The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

Andrew and his team of 4 dismantled my heavy furniture easily and wrapped the pieces carefully in foam padding, thick fabric cloth and blankets.
