Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

My small business relocation was a bit complex, but the movers handled everything, from filing cabinets to electronics, with the utmost care. They also happily helped me set up the workspace after delivery. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Thanks for the awesome move.
Our move-in date changed twice due to delays with closing, and Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC team stayed flexible both times. They rescheduled us without charging a rescheduling fee, and when the day came, they showed up fully prepared, and packed and delivered everything safely. We can’t begin to thank them for it!

It was INCREDIBLE to work with Rich and his crew. These movers were awesome; they were helpful and efficient. During my most stress-free relocation, Kris and Brett used three layers of bubble wrap to ensure nothing was broken.

Excellent from start to finish!!!!!
When we had to relocate from AZ to TX within a short notice, we were lucky to find Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. Kris gave us a very reasonable quote that fit our budget and did not pressure us to make a decision. Joe was also very flexible and understanding when we had to cancel our move at the last minute due to an emergency. They were very responsive and accommodating, and they did not charge us any cancellation fees. They were the most reliable and trustworthy movers we have ever dealt with.

If I could do zero star I would
Since there have been several complaints about this company, the bank will get a fraud alert if you try to Zelle the payment. My bill was incorrect, and I was also misled to. My personal possessions were kept hostage as a form of demand until I settled up. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT.

Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC played a crucial role in today's conclusion. The movers were professional, punctual, careful, and courteous throughout the entire process. Everything had been planned out and thought out well, from the very start to the very finish. Additionally, planning the relocation was a breeze.

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

I recently had to move across the country, and I was dreading it. Luckily, I had Rich from Nationwide Moving Solutions as my moving contract coordinator. He walked me through every step of the process, from the estimate to the final delivery. Rich was meticulous in gathering all the details, so there were no surprises later on. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly.
