I could not find better, more reliable help covering my off-city shift. They've assisted me once before with a moving, and this time, again, they were out of the park to cover the shift.
I am satisfied with how my washer and dryer set was handled. This moving company sent two guys who knew how to disconnect the hoses without making a mess. The team was able to load all the things on the truck safely. It was a relief to have the appliances installed at the new place so quickly. I had a very positive experience with them. My laundry room was ready for use the very same afternoon they finished.
Packing up on short notice because of a sudden job offer didn’t leave me much time to prepare. The movers arrived early in the morning and brought their own supplies, including extra wraps and boxes. They figured out how to deal with a long driveway and a gate that wouldn’t stay open. The heavier stuff went in first, and they packed it tight without stopping to ask about every item.
I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.
The staff's ability to cater to clients was remarkable. They arrived at the location on time and were constantly considerate and loyal to our possessions. We appreciate their care for our belongings.
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my Wife, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.
Jao and his crew worked quickly, carefully, and efficiently, and they were very careful with our belongings. They expertly completed our last-minute transfer from TX to FL, taking on our workload. I would use their services again.

We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.
