Extremely professional gentlemen.
I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.

Buyer Beware – My Belongings Were Taken and Communication Completely Stopped
I am beyond disappointed in my experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions. What began as a professional, reassuring conversation quickly turned into a complete communication nightmare. I was told I would receive 30 days of courtesy storage and that once I provided my new address, my belongings would be delivered immediately. I provided my new address before the move even took place. My items were picked up on November 17, 2025, with clear instructions for delivery as soon as possible. Despite this, I am now in a completely empty apartment thousands of miles across the country, with no furniture, no clothes, and no shoes — and it is the day before Thanksgiving. I start a new job soon and have absolutely nothing to wear to work. I have now made more than ten attempts via phone and email and have received zero response. Being ignored at this level is not just unprofessional — it is unacceptable. To be clear: • They have my belongings • They have my address • They have my contact information • They are choosing not to respond I am in a brand-new place, far from anything familiar, and this has created an extremely stressful and destabilizing situation. If you are considering using this company: please think twice. Communication is nonexistent once they have your items. I am currently left with no answers, no timeline, and no basic necessities. I will update this review when and if my belongings are returned.

Cool Guyz.
I moved into a loft downtown. The elevator was broken, which meant six flights of stairs. The movers carried my couch, dresser, and 15 boxes without complaint. Their energy was unreal, and I’m thankful.

Unsatisfied customer SERVICE
I've packed my most expensive dress clothes, a down sleeping bag, camping supplies, a computer power backup, and a desk in five boxes. But when they arrive everything was broken and damaged. Please don’t call them for any move.

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

He walked me through every step of the process, from the estimate to the final delivery. Rich was meticulous in gathering all the details, so there were no surprises later on. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Their service was truly above and beyond.
I was moving across the country, and the team was excellent at keeping me in the loop. They provided me with a tracking number for the movers and called me once they arrived in my new city to confirm delivery details. I was surprised to find that everything arrived in perfect condition—no dents, no scratches. The movers helped unpack my kitchenware and set up my bed first so I could sleep after the long day of moving. Their service was truly above and beyond.

Everything went smoothly
My move involved a huge dining table. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC wrapped it in blankets and carried it safely through narrow doors. It arrived perfectly.
