I've moved several times, and these movers were the best I've ever hired. They took great care of my things and made the whole process painless. The movers were friendly and efficient. They didn't waste any time and ensured my move went as smoothly as possible.
My move involved 14 cubicles, chairs, and a conference table. The movers took each cubicle apart and numbered the panels, so reassembly was quick. At the new building, everything went back together exactly as it was before. I appreciated how organized they kept the process. It saved me days of confusion trying to figure out where pieces belonged.
The team members did an excellent job. friendly, hardworking, prompt, and professional. Even though I was apprehensive about my new Sleep Number bed—a split king with an adjustable foundation—it turned out to be perfect. I would use them again in an instant. Perfect score.
Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.
Joe with his team members were reliable and respectful. They used walkie-talkies to communicate across the large house, ensuring teamwork. They took only two 15-minute breaks during the whole process, my new apartment was like home.

I have a piano that I inherited from my grandmother, and they handled it like it was a priceless artifact. They used a rolling dolly, padding, and straps to transport it safely without a single ding. My mattress was sealed in a thick plastic cover before being loaded onto the truck. They helped me put felt pads on the legs of my furniture before setting it on my new hardwood floors. No damage, no stress, just a smooth, flawless experience.
During the whole process, it was up to the office staff to keep things organized and on track. We have no doubt that we would choose them again.
The moving coordinator, and the men who helped load and unload our belongings were all wonderful to work with. If I ever have to move again, which I really hope not to do, they will be the first people I call.
