Impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction.
Raymond and Thomas did an excellent job protecting my carpets and tapestries, and I appreciate it. To save space and ensure security, they bundled them using plastic wrap and ropes. Everything had been kept in immaculate condition by the time they got there. This has been an incredible adventure!

Pressured into signing contract, tried to cancel and get my initial down payment back now nobody has picked up the phone. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews on this site!

They were very responsive
We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.

Joe was patient with me during the estimate process. I had so many questions, but he took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Paula was always in touch, making sure everything was progressing as planned. The movers went above and beyond, even helping me arrange my furniture in the new place. They were friendly and efficient, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m so glad I chose this company!

Unethical Broker Who Failed to Act on My Behalf
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.

Stellar job
The best there is out there! It was my first time hiring their movers and to be honest, I had little to no expectations because of my experiences with others. But they took me by surprise. They were respectful, courteous and prioritized my requirements which truly made me feel valued as a customer. And fortunately, the move went by flawlessly too. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Everything went smoothly
Moving a full commercial kitchen is not easy work. This crew handled the heavy stainless steel prep tables and the industrial fridge with impressive strength. My heavy equipment arrived at the new restaurant location before noon. No scratches appeared on the metal surfaces. It was exactly the kind of efficiency a small business owner needs. I am impressed with the hard work.

Everything went smoothly
After living abroad for a year, I had all my belongings delivered back to my storage unit, and then I had to move everything to my new apartment. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC managed the whole process, including coordinating the pickup from storage. They worked quickly but carefully, especially with my musical equipment and framed art. I'd definitely call them again if I ever need help with another move.

Everything went smoothly
The entourage from Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled my two-bedroom house move, and they were absolute champs. There were so many boxes, appliances, and random bits and bobs to deal with, but they approached it with a systematic plan. They used blankets and shrink wrap on bigger pieces, and nothing got scratched or dented. Communication was consistent throughout the day. They’d say, “We’re taking this next; where would you like it placed?” which I really appreciated. It kept me from feeling overwhelmed. All in all, it was a delightful experience.

Poor estimate and poor communication
Absolutely a disaster! We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.
