I was very pleased with the prompt delivery of my electrical appliances to my flat. It was great that the movers had taken the time to label the boxes and so was easier to unpack after delivery. I cannot recommend them enough!
Pleased with how the movers dealt with my workshop machinery and other equipment when I hired them recently. I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.
I gave them clear instructions about which items were going to my new place and which were staying behind, but they ignored me. They ended up taking things I planned to leave and left behind some important items. It was a complete mess, and I had to sort it all out myself.
For an early boat trip, I had to move paddles, coolers, and camping bundles from a shed near the waterline to the dock. The movers handled the long paddles with careful side-to-side steps and carried the coolers straight to the dock edge. Once everything was set down, loading the boat became a simple task.
Absolutely a disaster! We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.
I had a super tight schedule for my move, and I wasn’t sure if it was even possible. But Ian made it happen. Ian was efficient in providing a detailed estimate and setting up the move. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out. Ian and Paula, you guys made what seemed impossible, possible!
