Terrible communication on important matters
What a nightmare the absolute worst, the people they sell your move to will have your head spinning as they hold your items hostage, they kept up charging and up charging my disabled uncle. The contract drivers they hired broke so much stuff and told us it’s not their fault. They were a day late arrived when storage was closed and charged us, then charged over 35 ft walking distance, biggest scum in the world.

I would recommend John to anyone seeking a reliable moving company because of how satisfied I was with the service they provided. I am grateful for all of the hard work and dedication shown by Jack and the rest of the crew; their efforts ensured a smooth relocation process. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC is the best moving business around since they did the job on time and within budget despite delays on my end, and because the staff with whom I spoke were kind and knowledgeable.

If I could do zero star I would
Since there have been several complaints about this company, the bank will get a fraud alert if you try to Zelle the payment. My bill was incorrect, and I was also misled to. My personal possessions were kept hostage as a form of demand until I settled up. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT.

I recently had to move across the country, and I was dreading it. Luckily, I had Rich from Nationwide Moving Solutions as my moving contract coordinator. He walked me through every step of the process, from the estimate to the final delivery. Rich was meticulous in gathering all the details, so there were no surprises later on. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. I had a great experience working with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. I worked with Andrew and she made sure every thing was taken care of efficiently. I have moved around quite a bit and have used moving companies for every move and most of the time, I am dealing with a scam of some sort. This experience was very different and was handled professionally throughout the process.

They were fantastic from start to finish..
I scheduled help for unloading a container that arrived from out of state. The crew showed up on time and worked together to carry everything into the house. They placed my boxes in the rooms I pointed out, which saved me a lot of lifting. Even my sofa and bed frame were handled carefully.

My move was stressful, and I didn’t know where to begin. The crew worked quickly, packed everything carefully, and made sure nothing was damaged. They were professional and efficient, and the whole move was completed much faster than I expected.

Extremely professional gentlemen.
I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Absolutely atrocious! They promised to send an experienced team, but the crew clearly had no idea what they were doing. My leather chair now has deep gouges, and when I complained, they said, “It’s just furniture.” Unbelievable!
