I moved into a loft downtown. The elevator was broken, which meant six flights of stairs. The movers carried my couch, dresser, and 15 boxes without complaint. Their energy was unreal, and I’m thankful.
We hired their movers after doing extensive research on the internet, and it was the finest decision we made. Joseph and his crew arrived promptly and wasted no time getting to work. They were meticulous with our valuables and made sure to thoroughly pad each piece. Packing took only few hours, and everything was delivered on the same day as well. Nothing was lost or broken. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC is fantastic! They are now the best in the area for quality and punctuality. They made the effort to rearrange my furniture when I changed my mind, and delivery went off without a hitch.
I gave them clear instructions about which items were going to my new place and which were staying behind, but they ignored me. They ended up taking things I planned to leave and left behind some important items. It was a complete mess, and I had to sort it all out myself.
What impressed me most was how efficient the movers were. I had a small house move, and they finished sooner than I thought possible. They stayed polite and focused, never rushed but never wasted time either. The whole process went smoothly, and all of our stuff was in its place when we arrived. It’s rare to find a company that actually does what it promises.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.

Don’t use!!! Moving daughter from Sarasota , Fl to Hornell NY. Paid upfront fee of 600$ then was told delivery would be August 12 or 13th and would pay $1100 when truck came to get items. So far so good. Truck comes on August 6th and took items and was told again August 12th or 13th. I Drive to New York with dsughter taking off the whole week from work to help move as truck is suppose to arrive on 12th or 13th. Wife takes time off work flies up and lo and behold to this day no furniture!!! Make over 30 phone calls and just get run around from customer service!!! Do not use!!! Daughter starting grad school with no clothes, school supplies, furniture etc!!!
