efficient and polite moving company
The moving truck was well-maintained. Before starting, the driver checked the oil and tire pressure. The inside of the truck was equipped with hooks and shelves to keep items secure. The team also made sure the truck was parked in a way that didn’t block traffic or damage any property. The movers remembered my name and used it throughout the day. They asked questions about my preferences for certain items. When they noticed I was stressed, they offered reassuring words and explained each step of the move to keep me informed.

The team arrived with the necessary supplies and didn't waste any time. They packed everything securely and treated our furniture with respect. It was a long day, but the movers remained positive and efficient throughout. We appreciated how smoothly it all went.

A Stress-Free Move with Outstanding Service
The service today was outstanding. It was consistently excellent when Joe was in charge, and his team was well-prepared and quick. They were attentive, cleaned up after themselves, and handled our belongings with care.

Worst !!!
Something awful happened to me. Even though they charged me a hefty penny, the movers didn't seem to care about my stuff. After one of my paintings was ruined, I had to pursue the firm for weeks to get any kind of reimbursement.

Unethical Broker Who Failed to Act on My Behalf
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.

They Were Mind Blowing
Very happy with my experience! I was moving out of my parents’ home and into my first apartment. The team didn’t just move boxes – they gave me tips, helped arrange furniture, and even showed me how to stabilize the bedframe on my own. It felt more like guidance than just a service!

They helped us sort the packing timeline, coordinated the long-distance delivery, and kept us updated every step of the way. Our things arrived just 2 days after we did, and nothing was harmed. It was a relief that all went so smoothly.
The team from FL was very friendly and personable, which helped ease some of our moving day stress. Rich and Kris were also very respectful of our home, taking care not to damage walls or floors while moving our furniture. They were very careful and attentive to detail. Great moving company to deal with.
These movers were really efficient and competent when packing and loading. They handled the products with care and efficiency. Not only that, but they were gentle and friendly toward the kids. I intend to re-ask them for their next move instructions.
