The service today was outstanding. It was consistently excellent when Joe was in charge, and his team was well-prepared and quick. They were attentive, cleaned up after themselves, and handled our belongings with care.
Thank goodness RICH team came on time to save me. The task force quickly categorized my messy mounds while taping and tagging boxes. I had personal assistants who also advised me on arranging furnishings in my new apartment for the best flow. The entire experience was amazing.

My heavy equipment arrived at the new restaurant location before noon. No scratches appeared on the metal surfaces. It was exactly the kind of efficiency a small business owner needs.
