The moving crew's endurance and speed were impressive. They quickly loaded and emptied the vehicle without compromising the commodities' safety. I also really appreciated their kindness and considerateness.
We loved working with them. Our moving men were incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful—they even went out of their way to reassemble furniture for our kids. They were efficient and careful with all of our furniture and mindful with walls/floors in both properties. Would absolutely work with them again and recommend this crew and company to anyone. Moving a full commercial kitchen is not easy work. This crew handled the heavy stainless steel prep tables and the industrial fridge with impressive strength. My heavy equipment arrived at the new restaurant location before noon. No scratches appeared on the metal surfaces. It was exactly the kind of efficiency a small business owner needs. I am impressed with the hard work.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.
They were efficient, well-prepared, and a pleasure to deal with. They were kind, and my belongings came undamaged.
