We were anxious about using a moving company for the first time, but Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC exceeded our expectations. They were accommodating and understanding, especially with our changing schedule.
Today, Anthony and gentleman assisted us in moving some stuff. Despite the hot weather, they were on time, cheery, and extra careful with our belongings. We can't wait to put them back to work. We were very happy with our moving experience from start to finish.
I wanted a moving service that could help both with packing and moving. They arrived with all the boxes and wrapping materials. Each room was packed with care, and the labeling made unpacking easy later. The movers worked quietly, stayed on task, and delivered all things in their exact shapes.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did a good job, but with a little extra something! I'm terrible at remembering where I pack things, but the team labeled EVERY box clearly. They made a color-coded inventory list for me. They were also really strong and carried all my heavy boxes with ease. It was a huge weight off my shoulders, especially since I was so stressed about the move.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
The service today was outstanding. It was consistently excellent when Joe was in charge, and his team was well-prepared and quick. They were attentive, cleaned up after themselves, and handled our belongings with care.
The crew showed up looking completely unprepared. They didn’t have uniforms, didn’t introduce themselves, and acted like they didn’t want to be there. One of them asked me for a cigarette break halfway through the job. It was clear they weren’t trained professionals.
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! Short notice move. They gave a great price and great service. Eric was fantastic to work with. Very efficient. Very up front. Very fast - even on short notice. Moved from CO to two places in UT and the pickup (by Eric and crew) was spot on. I am very pleased and these guys are highly recommended.
We had the most amazing experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. Their movers arrived on time on moving day and quickly got to work. They packed our possessions thoroughly with foam padding, thick fabric cloth and blankets. The delivery was on time and nothing was damaged either. We cannot thank them enough!
