What a nightmare the absolute worst, the people they sell your move to will have your head spinning as they hold your items hostage, they kept up charging and up charging my disabled uncle. The contract drivers they hired broke so much stuff and told us it’s not their fault. They were a day late arrived when storage was closed and charged us, then charged over 35 ft walking distance, biggest scum in the world.
Impressive! They demonstrated expertise, displayed kindness, and arrived promptly. Throughout the move, my belongings were handled with great care and respect. They put in tremendous effort to finish the task without taking a break for lunch, simply continuing to work.
My husband and I were quite satisfied with the quality of attention we received on the day of the move. I'm going to start recommending your company right now.
Absolutely a disaster! We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.
My family moved across town, and we had plenty of fragile items like lamps and glass tables. The movers wrapped everything carefully and set each piece in the right room when we arrived.
