Everything went smoothly
After living abroad for a year, I had all my belongings delivered back to my storage unit, and then I had to move everything to my new apartment. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC managed the whole process, including coordinating the pickup from storage. They worked quickly but carefully, especially with my musical equipment and framed art. I'd definitely call them again if I ever need help with another move.

They moved our things with care.
This was my 2nd relocation with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC and it went off without a hitch! The crew was thorough in handling each task and asked me frequently if I was comfortable with how they were managing things. I appreciated how they kept me involved throughout. Thankfully, everything went swiftly and I received my valuables in great shape!

It was a relief that all went so smoothly.
The team from FL was very friendly and personable, which helped ease some of our moving day stress. Rich and Kris were also very respectful of our home, taking care not to damage walls or floors while moving our furniture. They were very careful and attentive to detail. We appreciated their professionalism and manners.

The worst moving company
I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

Honest, reliable, reputable company!
I had a lot of delicate kitchenware, and they carefully packed every plate, using extra bubble wrap. Nothing broke!

If I could do zero star I would
Since there have been several complaints about this company, the bank will get a fraud alert if you try to Zelle the payment. My bill was incorrect, and I was also misled to. My personal possessions were kept hostage as a form of demand until I settled up. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT.

The transfer to our new house was faultless, with rooms quickly sorted, everything placed appropriately, and nothing broken. Their cheap prices and rapid labor made the whole process easy, and we heartily recommend them.

They were very responsive
Huge shout-out to Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC! The group managed to move my oversized treadmill and elliptical machine down a narrow staircase without so much as a scratch on the walls. They were also careful to wrap the machines so no parts would get loose or damaged. As someone who values my fitness equipment, I was super impressed. Unloading was quick, and they placed everything exactly where I wanted, so I didn’t have to shift it later. These guys are top-notch.

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

Loved them!
I was so nervous about my glass-top dining table and my vintage record collection, but Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled everything with such care. They wrapped my table in layers of padding and loaded my records upright in a specialty box. The movers advised me on how to unpack certain fragile items safely. One thing I appreciated? They never dragged furniture across the floor—they lifted everything properly. I also had some tricky stairs at my new place, but they navigated them like pros. Moving day was so much easier thanks to these guys.
