I thought my huge sofa wouldn’t fit through the apartment doorway, but Joe measured it and got it through perfectly without taking it apart.
I scheduled help for unloading a container that arrived from out of state. The crew showed up on time and worked together to carry everything into the house. They placed my boxes in the rooms I pointed out, which saved me a lot of lifting. Even my sofa and bed frame were handled carefully.

They lost a lot of boxes in the relocation, so they can't give you tracking information. Not only were they useless, but the customer service reps couldn't even begin to describe what had happened. It took weeks to find all of my belongings.
