The worst moving company
I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

I wish I could move very easily.
I was quite pleased with my movers' efforts. They were extremely thorough and careful, and they did not hurry anything. They packed my belongings very attentively. I wish I could move very easily.

Absolutely reliable!!
We hired their movers after doing extensive research on the internet, and it was the finest decision we made. Joseph and his crew arrived promptly and wasted no time getting to work. They were meticulous with our valuables and made sure to thoroughly pad each piece. Packing took only few hours, and everything was delivered on the same day as well. Nothing was lost or broken. We absolutely recommend Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC!

Buyer Beware – My Belongings Were Taken and Communication Completely Stopped
I am beyond disappointed in my experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions. What began as a professional, reassuring conversation quickly turned into a complete communication nightmare. I was told I would receive 30 days of courtesy storage and that once I provided my new address, my belongings would be delivered immediately. I provided my new address before the move even took place. My items were picked up on November 17, 2025, with clear instructions for delivery as soon as possible. Despite this, I am now in a completely empty apartment thousands of miles across the country, with no furniture, no clothes, and no shoes — and it is the day before Thanksgiving. I start a new job soon and have absolutely nothing to wear to work. I have now made more than ten attempts via phone and email and have received zero response. Being ignored at this level is not just unprofessional — it is unacceptable. To be clear: • They have my belongings • They have my address • They have my contact information • They are choosing not to respond I am in a brand-new place, far from anything familiar, and this has created an extremely stressful and destabilizing situation. If you are considering using this company: please think twice. Communication is nonexistent once they have your items. I am currently left with no answers, no timeline, and no basic necessities. I will update this review when and if my belongings are returned.

Literally the best!
My previous apartment had tight spaces, and I was concerned that my furniture might be damaged. The movers expertly handled each corner, lifting and rotating the furniture to avoid dents or scratches.

Reliable and trustworthy!!
The movers were friendly and did a good job. They were careful when they put my things in storage after unloading. I've heard great things about them, and I want to use them again in the future!

They helped me relocate a small office, and it went better than I imagined. The movers worked efficiently, respected fragile electronics, and organized everything at the new location. The transition was simple and completely stress-free.

Consummate professionals
Having moved multiple times, I can safely say Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC ranks at the top. Their operators showed such great teamwork—no one was standing around while the others worked. They communicated clearly, so there was no confusion about which box went where. They also managed to fit my large sectional sofa through a narrow hallway with zero damage. I was impressed by their can-do attitude. Also, their quote was competitive, and I’m glad I chose them because they were absolutely reliable.

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

I would absolutely use them again!
Packing up on short notice because of a sudden job offer didn’t leave me much time to prepare. The movers arrived early in the morning and brought their own supplies, including extra wraps and boxes. They figured out how to deal with a long driveway and a gate that wouldn’t stay open. The heavier stuff went in first, and they packed it tight without stopping to ask about every item.
