It was INCREDIBLE to work with Rich and his crew. These movers were awesome; they were helpful and efficient. During my most stress-free relocation, Kris and Brett used three layers of bubble wrap to ensure nothing was broken.

Could not be more pleased with my first experience here. Joe crew navigated their way with excellent precision in my 1-bedroom apartment and made sure not to cause any harm to anything. I will definitely hire them again for future moves!
We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.
I moved into a top-floor unit in an old building with no elevator, and the stairwell was tight with weird corners. My couch barely made it up, and they had to rotate it what felt like a hundred times. They kept a sense of humor about it and never made me feel bad for the hassle. WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out.
