Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC is the best moving business around since they did the job on time and within budget despite delays on my end, and because the staff with whom I spoke were kind and knowledgeable.
The elevator in my new apartment broke down right when we arrived, but Brett and his partner didn't skip a beat. They carried my sofa and dresser up three flights of stairs without any issues. I was so worried about how it would go, but they stayed positive the whole time.
I would recommend John to anyone seeking a reliable moving company because of how satisfied I was with the service they provided. I am grateful for all of the hard work and dedication shown by Jack and the rest of the crew; their efforts ensured a smooth relocation process. This crew has the unwavering support of my entire family. The packing they did was excellent. Very well done!
The loading process went very smoothly. Robert and John arrived on time and worked quickly to load all of my belongings onto the truck. They were very efficient and organized, carefully loading everything in a way that maximized space and minimized the risk of damage during transit. They used straps and hooks to secure everything in place, and made sure that nothing would shift or fall during the move.
Despite the fact that moving is a very stressful ordeal, the staff made it easy. Their professionalism, politeness, and thoroughness were out of this world. They made sure to name each box I had so I would not have to guess when I was unpacking. I was able to settle into my new home much more easily because of it.
I had to move some gym equipment, including a treadmill and weights. David guided his team, used straps for lifting, and placed everything in the new basement without scratches on the walls. They really knew what they were doing.
They sent out a mover to quote me 3x what our move agreement was for. They did not make themselves available during this dispute, which resulted in my items not being picked up. This led to them missing the my move deadline which forced me to move the items myself. They did not provide a reimbursement of my 10% down payment for their failure to find an appropriate mover.
Our movers were punctual, friendly, and efficient, and we now have their information for the next time we need them. Highly recommended service.
Absolutely a disaster! We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.
