Unethical Broker Who Failed to Act on My Behalf
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.

The moving crew's endurance and speed were impressive. They quickly loaded and emptied the vehicle without compromising the commodities' safety. I also really appreciated their kindness and considerateness.

It was amazing how well the moving process worked. The expert team of RICH made sure to pack my fine glassware safely and transferred them without problems to their new location. They are very precise in what they do.

Unsatisfied customer SERVICE
I've packed my most expensive dress clothes, a down sleeping bag, camping supplies, a computer power backup, and a desk in five boxes. But when they arrive everything was broken and damaged. Please don’t call them for any move.

Bait and Switch. Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Note that this is not a moving company, it is a broker. Meaning they find an actual moving company for you at a fee. You're better off finding a direct shipper, ask for their DOT number. Firstly, they intentionally give a low quote so you can sign up with them, then a higher charge later appears. Literally bait and switch. I sent multiple detailed pics, and accurate written descriptions of my items. Chris at Nationwide Moving Solutions down-quoted me. When the actual shipper arrived (Jackson Movers), they refused to ship my items because I was down-quoted. Of course I had paid Nationwide the non-refundable fee by this point, so they weren't bothered much. I had to take out about 60% of my stuff to avoid paying almost double the cost.

Okay, you really should be a mover to the stars. Your service is amazing. Jack and his crew pulled out all the stops to get the job done. No damages on multiple days of moving. Took care of my moving needs completely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Well organized!
For an early boat trip, I had to move paddles, coolers, and camping bundles from a shed near the waterline to the dock. The movers handled the long paddles with careful side-to-side steps and carried the coolers straight to the dock edge. Once everything was set down, loading the boat became a simple task.
