They provided an initial quote which was very competitive. However, this is due to it lacking most items, which they were informed they'd be moving. They did sub-contract out the project and when things went awry, there were no solutions offered. Once the project is procured, customer service plummets.
The moving crew was great. They arrived on time and put on shoe covers before entering my home. They carefully disassembled my bed frame and placed each part in a bag with its ID. They used small, sturdy boxes for each item and bubble-wrapped my fragile items. They checked each room again to ensure that nothing was missed.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled a long-distance move for me, and it felt very straightforward. There were no surprises or confusion during the process. I walked away feeling content with the result.
