We loved working with them. Our moving men were incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful—they even went out of their way to reassemble furniture for our kids. They were efficient and careful with all of our furniture and mindful with walls/floors in both properties. Would absolutely work with them again and recommend this crew and company to anyone. What a wonderful job Richard and his crew did. They ignored the 50-degree heat of the moving day to do the task on schedule, and before leaving for AZ, they double-checked everything. They were considerate in packing and wrapping my fragile and robust. Very strongly advised!

Impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction.
Raymond and Thomas did an excellent job protecting my carpets and tapestries, and I appreciate it. To save space and ensure security, they bundled them using plastic wrap and ropes. Everything had been kept in immaculate condition by the time they got there. This has been an incredible adventure!

Unethical Broker Who Failed to Act on My Behalf
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.

Thanks for the awesome move.
I had to move some gym equipment, including a treadmill and weights. David guided his team, used straps for lifting, and placed everything in the new basement without scratches on the walls. They really knew what they were doing.

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

They Were Mind Blowing
Very happy with my experience! I was moving out of my parents’ home and into my first apartment. The team didn’t just move boxes – they gave me tips, helped arrange furniture, and even showed me how to stabilize the bedframe on my own. It felt more like guidance than just a service!

Trustworthy Movers
Our office transfer between buildings ran smoothly thanks to Joe. They managed the timing, counted the items, and checked the setup at the new site. All of their work was finished on time without issues.

Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did an awesome job for my move. The team was amazing, handling all my belongings with skill and care, including my precious mirror and my grandfather’s rocking chair. They also went the extra mile and helped me set up some of my furniture in my new place. They were fast, efficient, and reliable!!!
