Since there have been several complaints about this company, the bank will get a fraud alert if you try to Zelle the payment. My bill was incorrect, and I was also misled to. My personal possessions were kept hostage as a form of demand until I settled up. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT.

They showed there on schedule, worked efficiently, and left no mess for my grandma to clean up.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. The crew even helped me reinstall my electronics for free. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.
