Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did an excellent job of assigning rooms and storage spaces in our new property.
Despite the fact that moving is a very stressful ordeal, the staff made it easy. Their professionalism, politeness, and thoroughness were out of this world. They made sure to name each box I had so I would not have to guess when I was unpacking. I was able to settle into my new home much more easily because of it.
They lost a lot of boxes in the relocation, so they can't give you tracking information. Not only were they useless, but the customer service reps couldn't even begin to describe what had happened. It took weeks to find all of my belongings.
Today, Anthony and gentleman assisted us in moving some stuff. Despite the hot weather, they were on time, cheery, and extra careful with our belongings. We can't wait to put them back to work. We were very happy with our moving experience from start to finish.
My move involved 14 cubicles, chairs, and a conference table. The movers took each cubicle apart and numbered the panels, so reassembly was quick. At the new building, everything went back together exactly as it was before. I appreciated how organized they kept the process. It saved me days of confusion trying to figure out where pieces belonged.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC crew never missed a beat when it was time to move and pack. Everyone on the team was very nice and careful with my things. On time, they brought everything I needed to my new home in TX.
The movers did an excellent job with my office move. They packed everything up securely and helped set up my new workspace. I didn’t have to worry about anything being damaged along the way.
Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.
The quote given to us was thousands different than what they charged. You are stuck when they have your belongings hostage. Took way longer to receive our stuff then promised. One excuse after another. Flat tire, truck broke down, etc. Then they didn't have enough people to help unload, so we had to help. Very disappointed. Complete rip-off! Quote went from 6000.00 to 8300.00!
Rich and his team's treatment of my grandma's piano is something I will never forget. They treated it with the utmost reverence because it was a cherished heirloom. They moved it up the stairs with the grace of a ballet company.
