Faultless service!
What impressed me most was how efficient the movers were. I had a small house move, and they finished sooner than I thought possible. They stayed polite and focused, never rushed but never wasted time either. The whole process went smoothly, and all of our stuff was in its place when we arrived. It’s rare to find a company that actually does what it promises.

Buyer Beware – My Belongings Were Taken and Communication Completely Stopped
I am beyond disappointed in my experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions. What began as a professional, reassuring conversation quickly turned into a complete communication nightmare. I was told I would receive 30 days of courtesy storage and that once I provided my new address, my belongings would be delivered immediately. I provided my new address before the move even took place. My items were picked up on November 17, 2025, with clear instructions for delivery as soon as possible. Despite this, I am now in a completely empty apartment thousands of miles across the country, with no furniture, no clothes, and no shoes — and it is the day before Thanksgiving. I start a new job soon and have absolutely nothing to wear to work. I have now made more than ten attempts via phone and email and have received zero response. Being ignored at this level is not just unprofessional — it is unacceptable. To be clear: • They have my belongings • They have my address • They have my contact information • They are choosing not to respond I am in a brand-new place, far from anything familiar, and this has created an extremely stressful and destabilizing situation. If you are considering using this company: please think twice. Communication is nonexistent once they have your items. I am currently left with no answers, no timeline, and no basic necessities. I will update this review when and if my belongings are returned.

Great Job
I had a few awkward pieces, including a large, oddly-shaped lamp and a treadmill. They quickly figured out how to disassemble the treadmill, labeling each part and putting all screws in a bag taped to it. They wrapped the lamp in several layers of bubble wrap and boxed it securely. My collection of vintage dishes was carefully packed in crates lined with thick paper, ensuring nothing shifted during the drive. When unpacking, they handled my guitar case as if it were made of glass, placing it gently in the corner I had designated.

Bloody basters
Needed to cancel my move. Did so under the 72 hr agreement. Brody and Paula both stated I would get a full deposit refunded and have not received anything yet. If you are a real person reading this, I’m also a real person writing this. Just save yourself the distress and go with another company. Unethical and unprofessional. Lack of accountability and integrity. I found out later they’ve dealt with lawsuits and currently dealing with fraudulent suits as well. Do the right due diligence before working with any moving company. Hope my 2 cents helps, can save you a ton

5 star communication!
Our library needed 20 shelves of books and reading tables moved across town. The crew boxed the books, stacked them carefully, and placed everything in order again. It felt like nothing had ever been disturbed.

Poor estimate and poor communication
Don’t use!!! Moving daughter from Sarasota , Fl to Hornell NY. Paid upfront fee of 600$ then was told delivery would be August 12 or 13th and would pay $1100 when truck came to get items. So far so good. Truck comes on August 6th and took items and was told again August 12th or 13th. I Drive to New York with dsughter taking off the whole week from work to help move as truck is suppose to arrive on 12th or 13th. Wife takes time off work flies up and lo and behold to this day no furniture!!! Make over 30 phone calls and just get run around from customer service!!! Do not use!!! Daughter starting grad school with no clothes, school supplies, furniture etc!!!

Loved them!
I was so nervous about my glass-top dining table and my vintage record collection, but Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled everything with such care. They wrapped my table in layers of padding and loaded my records upright in a specialty box. The movers advised me on how to unpack certain fragile items safely. One thing I appreciated? They never dragged furniture across the floor—they lifted everything properly. I also had some tricky stairs at my new place, but they navigated them like pros. Moving day was so much easier thanks to these guys.

It was a solid overall professional move.
Exceptional movers. Their assistance throughout the phone setup was invaluable. The men were prompt, courteous, hard workers, and masters of their craft. fair prices. Despite my lack of experience with professional movers, this move was the finest one I've ever done. Greatest gratitude; five stars! for alleviating the strain of a challenging situation to a lesser extent.

HORRIBLE.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.

Extremely professional gentlemen.
I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.
