Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out. Arrived on time with great attitudes.

Broken agreements.

The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

Broken agreements

The crew showed up looking completely unprepared. They didn’t have uniforms, didn’t introduce themselves, and acted like they didn’t want to be there. One of them asked me for a cigarette break halfway through the job. It was clear they weren’t trained professionals.
