A pleasant experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. Andrew and his team of 4 dismantled my heavy furniture easily and wrapped the pieces carefully in foam padding, thick fabric cloth and blankets. Everything was delivered the same day and they reassembled it all after delivery. They didn’t charge me for the extra service either. Many thanks!

Immaculate service!

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve had moving companies give me the runaround before, but this one was different. The guys were polite, didn’t drag their feet, and handled things with a clear plan. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC came recommended, and now I see why. Worst Joke Ever.

No help from this company. Still have a move that was picked up and it’s been a month now and no communication on where my stuff at. No ETA, No call backs, nothing. The 3rd party they picked will rip you off also and beyond disrespectful Was given a price and they now charge 3 time the amount. Fins another company to do your move.

Friendly and helpful guys!

Despite the fact that moving is a very stressful ordeal, the staff made it easy. Their professionalism, politeness, and thoroughness were out of this world. Great Customers Services!

I handled a long-distance move from my hometown to a new city for work. I wasn't able to travel with the movers, so I had to trust that everything would make it in one piece. When I got to the new place, everything was labeled, wrapped, and intact. It felt like they took the job seriously, even without me being there during the drive.

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation

Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
