Don’t even bother. This is not a full-service moving company. They’re just brokers that subcontract some other companies to do the job. Making it even more expensive. Once they get you, they will disappear Pathetic
Apartment relocation was smooth with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. The movers carried furniture carefully through tight hallways, wrapped mirrors securely, and kept everything organized. Delivery was quick, and the professional service made moving day far easier than expected.
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
