Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did an excellent job of assigning rooms and storage spaces in our new property.
I gave them clear instructions about which items were going to my new place and which were staying behind, but they ignored me. They ended up taking things I planned to leave and left behind some important items. It was a complete mess, and I had to sort it all out myself.
Everything was perfectly done by the movers and they truly showed that they belong from a respectable and professional company. Full stars
I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.
For the past years, I have relied heavily on Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC, and they have never let me down. Their assistance with my recent relocation from CA to AZ was really useful. I was able to get all of my inquiries addressed and the information I needed from the team member. All of the men are friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
The moving truck was well-maintained. Before starting, the driver checked the oil and tire pressure. The inside of the truck was equipped with hooks and shelves to keep items secure. The team also made sure the truck was parked in a way that didn’t block traffic or damage any property. The movers remembered my name and used it throughout the day. They asked questions about my preferences for certain items. When they noticed I was stressed, they offered reassuring words and explained each step of the move to keep me informed.
It was INCREDIBLE to work with Rich and his crew. These movers were awesome; they were helpful and efficient. During my most stress-free relocation, Kris and Brett used three layers of bubble wrap to ensure nothing was broken.
It was amazing how well the moving process worked. The expert team of RICH made sure to pack my fine glassware safely and transferred them without problems to their new location. They are very precise in what they do.
Kris led the packing crew at my place. He kept checking with me before sealing each box. I liked how he stayed patient even when I changed my mind about what went where.
The movers showed up on time, got the job done, and handled our possessions with care. Nothing shattered, not even when they put our beds together! Strongly recommend it to everyone.
