Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

Broken agreements.
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Absolutely atrocious! They promised to send an experienced team, but the crew clearly had no idea what they were doing. My leather chair now has deep gouges, and when I complained, they said, “It’s just furniture.” Unbelievable!

My hats off to you!
A pleasant experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. Andrew and his team of 4 dismantled my heavy furniture easily and wrapped the pieces carefully in foam padding, thick fabric cloth and blankets. Everything was delivered the same day and they reassembled it all after delivery. They didn’t charge me for the extra service either. Many thanks!

Buyer Beware – My Belongings Were Taken and Communication Completely Stopped
I am beyond disappointed in my experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions. What began as a professional, reassuring conversation quickly turned into a complete communication nightmare. I was told I would receive 30 days of courtesy storage and that once I provided my new address, my belongings would be delivered immediately. I provided my new address before the move even took place. My items were picked up on November 17, 2025, with clear instructions for delivery as soon as possible. Despite this, I am now in a completely empty apartment thousands of miles across the country, with no furniture, no clothes, and no shoes — and it is the day before Thanksgiving. I start a new job soon and have absolutely nothing to wear to work. I have now made more than ten attempts via phone and email and have received zero response. Being ignored at this level is not just unprofessional — it is unacceptable. To be clear: • They have my belongings • They have my address • They have my contact information • They are choosing not to respond I am in a brand-new place, far from anything familiar, and this has created an extremely stressful and destabilizing situation. If you are considering using this company: please think twice. Communication is nonexistent once they have your items. I am currently left with no answers, no timeline, and no basic necessities. I will update this review when and if my belongings are returned.

Pressured into signing contract, tried to cancel and get my initial down payment back now nobody has picked up the phone. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews on this site!

Something awful happened to me. Even though they charged me a hefty penny, the movers didn't seem to care about my stuff. After one of my paintings was ruined, I had to pursue the firm for weeks to get any kind of reimbursement.

They were very responsive
We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.

The worst moving company
I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!
