Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. Since there have been several complaints about this company, the bank will get a fraud alert if you try to Zelle the payment. My bill was incorrect, and I was also misled to. My personal possessions were kept hostage as a form of demand until I settled up. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT.
