I could not find better, more reliable help covering my off-city shift. They've assisted me once before with a moving, and this time, again, they were out of the park to cover the shift.
They were legends among movers. They moved everything to my new apartment without breaking a sweat after packing up my home gym.
We moved Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC for my father’s new job, and the logistics were overwhelming. To our relief, this company’s experts managed it flawlessly. They helped us sort the packing timeline, coordinated the long-distance delivery, and kept us updated every step of the way. Our things arrived just 2 days after we did, and nothing was harmed. We cannot say enough good things about them!
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my Wife, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.
The quote given to us was thousands different than what they charged. You are stuck when they have your belongings hostage. Took way longer to receive our stuff then promised. One excuse after another. Flat tire, truck broke down, etc. Then they didn't have enough people to help unload, so we had to help. Very disappointed. Complete rip-off! Quote went from 6000.00 to 8300.00!

They provided me with a tracking number for the movers and called me once they arrived in my new city to confirm delivery details. I was surprised to find that everything arrived in perfect condition—no dents, no scratches. The movers helped unpack my kitchenware and set up my bed first so I could sleep after the long day of moving. Their service was truly above and beyond.
Our office transfer between buildings ran smoothly thanks to Joe. They managed the timing, counted the items, and checked the setup at the new site. All of their work was finished on time without issues.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
The movers handled my Three-bedroom home like true professionals. From lifting couches to securing fragile boxes, everything was done efficiently. They didn’t cut corners, and their effort showed when every single item arrived in perfect condition.
