The moving process was smooth and hassle-free. The team wrapped all my furniture and delicate items. They were very careful with my 20 boxes and ensured nothing was misplaced. They also helped me arrange my new place.
The movers showed up on time, got the job done, and handled our possessions with care. Nothing shattered, not even when they put our beds together! Strongly recommend it to everyone.
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
It's been a long time since we employed movers other than military ones. Rich and his crew moved our 2 bedroom home across town in a jiffy. They worked quickly and kindly. We would use them again if we ever had to relocate!
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.
Short notice move. They gave a great price and great service. Eric was fantastic to work with. Very efficient. Very up front. Very fast - even on short notice. Moved from CO to two places in UT and the pickup (by Eric and crew) was spot on. I am very pleased and these guys are highly recommended.
This was my 2nd relocation with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC and it went off without a hitch! I had a super tight schedule for my move, and I wasn’t sure if it was even possible. But Ian made it happen. Ian was efficient in providing a detailed estimate and setting up the move. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out. Ian and Paula, you guys made what seemed impossible, possible!
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
We arranged movers for a garage cleanout. Large cabinets, tools, and old boxes had to be hauled away. The crew worked fast, carried the heavy pieces out without damaging the walls, and even swept the floor when they were done. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled it better than I expected. Their service turned a big project into an easy task.
