I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.
I moved from TX to FL, and Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked quickly to load my things. I had some large furniture, and they took extra care to wrap it in blankets and secure it in the truck. Communication was great—they gave me an estimated time for delivery, and everything arrived on time without any issues. They made the whole long-distance move so easy and stress-free.
I had a super tight schedule for my move, and I wasn’t sure if it was even possible. But Ian made it happen. Ian was efficient in providing a detailed estimate and setting up the move. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out. The team members did an excellent job. friendly, hardworking, prompt, and professional. Even though I was apprehensive about my new Sleep Number bed—a split king with an adjustable foundation—it turned out to be perfect. I would use them again in an instant. Perfect score.
I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.
They brought a truck that was way too small for all my boxes and furniture, so they had to make two separate trips. Of course, they slapped an extra fee on the final invoice for that second run.
The movers showed up on time, got the job done, and handled our possessions with care. Nothing shattered, not even when they put our beds together! Strongly recommend it to everyone.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
I will undoubtedly hire their movers again! They cautiously handled all my furniture and electronics during my recent move. 4 of them even padded and wrapped my grand piano thoroughly. Plus, they also carried it down the stairs just as carefully. It arrived without a scratch to my apartment in FL along with the other things. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!
The elevator in my new apartment broke down right when we arrived, but Brett and his partner didn't skip a beat. They carried my sofa and dresser up three flights of stairs without any issues. I was so worried about how it would go, but they stayed positive the whole time.
