I couldn't have asked for a better packing squad for my move! They wrapped all of my sensitive items with extra care and even gave me some free packing paper. They actually bundle everything carefully!
To put it another way, they did it. Recognizing what they've done would be fair. The help I got from this company was great. They showed up on time and were careful with all of my things. They didn't complain or waste time; instead, they worked quickly and well.
I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.
The movers were extremely careful and ensured that everything was wrapped and carried with great care. Even with some heavy furniture, they didn't scuff a single wall. They asked questions instead of guessing, which I appreciated. I could tell they cared about doing a good job.
Thank goodness RICH team came on time to save me. The task force quickly categorized my messy mounds while taping and tagging boxes. I had personal assistants who also advised me on arranging furnishings in my new apartment for the best flow. The entire experience was amazing.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did a good job, but with a little extra something! I'm terrible at remembering where I pack things, but the team labeled EVERY box clearly. They made a color-coded inventory list for me. They were also really strong and carried all my heavy boxes with ease. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.
The experts' mastery with cardboard boxes is something I can personally attest to. Even the most delicate items, like my wine glasses, made it to my new home unharmed because of how carefully they packed my entire kitchen.
