Moving day was brutally cold, and I was worried about my electronics freezing in the truck. The team suggested wrapping my TV and computer in thick blankets, and they unloaded those items first to minimize exposure. Everything powered on without a hitch.
They worked hard and completed the work on time. Having a good attitude helped me get through the day.
Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my Wife, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.
No help from this company. Still have a move that was picked up and it’s been a month now and no communication on where my stuff at. No ETA, No call backs, nothing. The 3rd party they picked will rip you off also and beyond disrespectful Was given a price and they now charge 3 time the amount. Fins another company to do your move.
The moving crew's endurance and speed were impressive. They quickly loaded and emptied the vehicle without compromising the commodities' safety. I also really appreciated their kindness and considerateness.
We loved working with them. Our moving men were incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful—they even went out of their way to reassemble furniture for our kids. They were efficient and careful with all of our furniture and mindful with walls/floors in both properties. Would absolutely work with them again and recommend this crew and company to anyone. Thanks again!

I was struck by how organized the team was. They labeled all 12 of my boxes and packed my books and appliances carefully. They handled my furniture, like my sofa and bed, with a lot of care, ensuring no scratches or damage. They worked efficiently and finished in 2.5 hours, faster than I expected.
The movers did an excellent job with my office move. They packed everything up securely and helped set up my new workspace. I didn’t have to worry about anything being damaged along the way.
