I recently had to move across the country, and I was dreading it. Luckily, I had Rich from Nationwide Moving Solutions as my moving contract coordinator. He walked me through every step of the process, from the estimate to the final delivery. Rich was meticulous in gathering all the details, so there were no surprises later on. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. The whole experience was so much better than I anticipated. Thanks, Rich and Paula!

Problem Solver
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC managed my three-bedroom house move. They carried the washer and dryer, packed fragile kitchenware, and placed every piece of furniture exactly where I wanted. The job was finished ahead of schedule, and I was very satisfied.

Poor estimate and poor communication
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my Wife, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.

Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

Everything went smoothly
The entourage from Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled my two-bedroom house move, and they were absolute champs. There were so many boxes, appliances, and random bits and bobs to deal with, but they approached it with a systematic plan. They used blankets and shrink wrap on bigger pieces, and nothing got scratched or dented. Communication was consistent throughout the day. They’d say, “We’re taking this next; where would you like it placed?” which I really appreciated. It kept me from feeling overwhelmed. All in all, it was a delightful experience.

This is going to be the only moving company we'll ever use!
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC made my transition to a new studio space a lot easier than I expected. I am an artist and had several large crates of supplies that needed to stay upright during transport. The movers gripped the crates from the bottom and stacked them securely inside the vehicle. They checked the overhead clearance several times to avoid any bumps. My supplies were unloaded quickly at the destination. These guys are very reliable for specialized moves.

keep away your valuables from this company
The quote given to us was thousands different than what they charged. You are stuck when they have your belongings hostage. Took way longer to receive our stuff then promised. One excuse after another. Flat tire, truck broke down, etc. Then they didn't have enough people to help unload, so we had to help. Very disappointed. Complete rip-off! Quote went from 6000.00 to 8300.00!

Top-notch!
I was sure that the relocation would be a disaster because it was raining heavily on the day of the move. But the team showed up with tarps and optimism. I had my furniture packed like priceless artwork, and not a single box got soaked. I could not believe how smooth everything had gone when I dried off in my new spot at the end of the day.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. The crew even helped me reinstall my electronics for free. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
