Great service and lovely to deal with

I will undoubtedly hire their movers again! They cautiously handled all my furniture and electronics during my recent move. 4 of them even padded and wrapped my grand piano thoroughly. Plus, they also carried it down the stairs just as carefully. It arrived without a scratch to my apartment in FL along with the other things. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

Above and Beyond

My move last week went well. The crew and RICH arrived on time. They were kind and professional from the beginning. They immediately inspected my house to identify what needed to be moved, including my cookware, TV stand, and china cabinet. They were very responsive

We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation

Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
