The worst moving company
I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

Excellent job!!!
All of the packers did an excellent job and were easy to communicate with. Rich was a fantastic driver since he kept us updated of his whereabouts, arrival time and engaged in thoughtful conversation with us while we completed the necessary paperwork at the loading end. The crew that unloaded our shipment worked really hard and showed care for our goods.

Everything went smoothly
The moving crew was great. They arrived on time and put on shoe covers before entering my home. They carefully disassembled my bed frame and placed each part in a bag with its ID. They used small, sturdy boxes for each item and bubble-wrapped my fragile items. They checked each room again to ensure that nothing was missed.

Fast, Careful Long Distance
I couldn't have asked for a better packing squad for my move! They wrapped all of my sensitive items with extra care and even gave me some free packing paper. They actually bundle everything carefully!

Everything went smoothly
The entourage from Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled my two-bedroom house move, and they were absolute champs. There were so many boxes, appliances, and random bits and bobs to deal with, but they approached it with a systematic plan. They used blankets and shrink wrap on bigger pieces, and nothing got scratched or dented. Communication was consistent throughout the day. They’d say, “We’re taking this next; where would you like it placed?” which I really appreciated. It kept me from feeling overwhelmed. All in all, it was a delightful experience.

The transfer to our new house was faultless, with rooms quickly sorted, everything placed appropriately, and nothing broken. Their cheap prices and rapid labor made the whole process easy, and we heartily recommend them.

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.
I had a super tight schedule for my move, and I wasn’t sure if it was even possible. But Ian made it happen. Ian was efficient in providing a detailed estimate and setting up the move. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out. Ian and Paula, you guys made what seemed impossible, possible!

Awesome!
I wanted a moving service that could help both with packing and moving. They arrived with all the boxes and wrapping materials. Each room was packed with care, and the labeling made unpacking easy later. The movers worked quietly, stayed on task, and delivered all things in their exact shapes.

Gratifying Experience
Today, Anthony and gentleman assisted us in moving some stuff. Despite the hot weather, they were on time, cheery, and extra careful with our belongings. We can't wait to put them back to work. We were very happy with our moving experience from start to finish.
