Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC took the time to wrap each piece in anti-static bubble wrap and used crates for the larger items. They labeled all the cables and accessories, ensuring nothing was lost during the move. When we arrived at the new office, they set everything up exactly as it had been, making our transition seamless. Their care with our equipment was outstanding, and we were back to work without any downtime.
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.
I moved into a loft downtown. The elevator was broken, which meant six flights of stairs. The movers carried my couch, dresser, and 15 boxes without complaint. Their energy was unreal, and I’m thankful.

I have moved around quite a bit and have used moving companies for every move and most of the time, I am dealing with a scam of some sort. This experience was very different and was handled professionally throughout the process.
Something awful happened to me. Even though they charged me a hefty penny, the movers didn't seem to care about my stuff. After one of my paintings was ruined, I had to pursue the firm for weeks to get any kind of reimbursement.
My move last week went well. The crew and RICH arrived on time. They were kind and professional from the beginning. They immediately inspected my house to identify what needed to be moved, including my cookware, TV stand, and china cabinet. They carefully wrapped my grandmother's antique china cabinet in shrink wrap and cushioned blankets, which amazed me.
What a nightmare the absolute worst, the people they sell your move to will have your head spinning as they hold your items hostage, they kept up charging and up charging my disabled uncle. The contract drivers they hired broke so much stuff and told us it’s not their fault. They were a day late arrived when storage was closed and charged us, then charged over 35 ft walking distance, biggest scum in the world.
The moving truck was well-maintained. Before starting, the driver checked the oil and tire pressure. The inside of the truck was equipped with hooks and shelves to keep items secure. The team also made sure the truck was parked in a way that didn’t block traffic or damage any property. The movers remembered my name and used it throughout the day. They asked questions about my preferences for certain items. When they noticed I was stressed, they offered reassuring words and explained each step of the move to keep me informed.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC is fantastic! They are now the best in the area for quality and punctuality. They made the effort to rearrange my furniture when I changed my mind, and delivery went off without a hitch.
