Very hard working group of guys
For the past years, I have relied heavily on Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC, and they have never let me down. Their assistance with my recent relocation from CA to AZ was really useful. I was able to get all of my inquiries addressed and the information I needed from the team member. All of the men are friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

The worst moving company
I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

Immaculate service!
To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve had moving companies give me the runaround before, but this one was different. The guys were polite, didn’t drag their feet, and handled things with a clear plan. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC came recommended, and now I see why. What really impressed me was how they dealt with a tight parking situation. They figured it out without needing me to fix it. It felt like they actually knew what they were doing.

They are perfect
They helped me relocate a small office, and it went better than I imagined. The movers worked efficiently, respected fragile electronics, and organized everything at the new location. The transition was simple and completely stress-free.

Wonderful Company to use During a Typical Stressful Time.
Joe with his team members were reliable and respectful. They used walkie-talkies to communicate across the large house, ensuring teamwork. They took only two 15-minute breaks during the whole process, my new apartment was like home.

They are cheap and highly suggested.
I had a tough stairwell that turned at weird angles, and I was sure my couch wouldn’t make it down in one piece. But the movers I hired from this company were total pros, studied the angles, wrapped it tightly, and somehow got it out without damage to anything. Their problem-solving skills were top-tier!

Smoothest move ever!
Brett and his crew were punctual, courteous, and professional the whole time. Using blankets and tape, we covered every single piece of furniture. Because the transfer went through more quickly than expected.

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.
I have never used Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC before. Both the administrative staff and the movers commented on how wonderful their interactions with the customers were. They were quite careful with my valuables as well. I fully adore them.

Please beware!!
I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.
