I've packed my most expensive dress clothes, a down sleeping bag, camping supplies, a computer power backup, and a desk in five boxes. But when they arrive everything was broken and damaged. Please don’t call them for any move.
I couldn't have asked for a better packing squad for my move! They wrapped all of my sensitive items with extra care and even gave me some free packing paper. They actually bundle everything carefully!
Kris led the packing crew at my place. He kept checking with me before sealing each box. I liked how he stayed patient even when I changed my mind about what went where.
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! The team arrived with the necessary supplies and didn't waste any time. They packed everything securely and treated our furniture with respect. It was a long day, but the movers remained positive and efficient throughout. We appreciated how smoothly it all went.
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
The refrigerator looked too big for my small doorway. The movers measured, tilted, and eased it through without a scratch. I was glad to see it plugged in and running in my new kitchen.
Packing up on short notice because of a sudden job offer didn’t leave me much time to prepare. The movers arrived early in the morning and brought their own supplies, including extra wraps and boxes. They figured out how to deal with a long driveway and a gate that wouldn’t stay open. The heavier stuff went in first, and they packed it tight without stopping to ask about every item.
