Joe was also very flexible and understanding when we had to cancel our move at the last minute due to an emergency. They were very responsive and accommodating, and they did not charge us any cancellation fees. They were the most reliable and trustworthy movers we have ever dealt with.
All of the packers did an excellent job and were easy to communicate with. Rich was a fantastic driver since he kept us updated of his whereabouts, arrival time and engaged in thoughtful conversation with us while we completed the necessary paperwork at the loading end. The crew that unloaded our shipment worked really hard and showed care for our goods.
The Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC team made my recent move to TN an easy process. Joe, who led a team including two amazing hardworking guys made a fantastic trio. They made sure everything got down, over, and up into my new place quickly and in perfect condition. Don’t even bother. This is not a full-service moving company. They’re just brokers that subcontract some other companies to do the job. Making it even more expensive. Once they get you, they will disappear Pathetic
We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.
